Nahda is committed to protecting the privacy of all visitors and users of the Nahda website. This commitment cannot and does not extend to customer web sites hosted at Nahda.

Nahda collates information about users when they sign up to services. From the site's Account registration section we obtain the user's name, postal address and e-mail address for Central Contact, Billing and Admin purposes. This information is used for system administration and for contacting the user when necessary. Contact is made for reasons relating to customer support, account upgrades, new feature announcements, virus alerts, and maintenance disruptions to web and mail services.

It is the requirement of users to keep their personal and contact details updated via their Account Control Panel.

Financial information is also collected in respect of billing for purchased services. Credit/debit card or Direct Debit payments are collected over Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). All card details are encrypted and submitted for processing. All payments (whether by credit or debit card or cheque) are confirmed by email and all users have available an online VAT invoice to account for their payments.

No Personal or financial information is passed to any third party individual or company nor to any legal entity unless required and authorised to do so by a UK court of Law.
